I’ve been proud to call McPherson home since 1974, and I’ve also been a State Farm agent here for over 52 years. I’m a graduate of McPherson College and Central Christian College, where I earned my BS in Business Administration and Economics. My career with State Farm actually began in Columbia, Missouri, where I spent 5.5 years working in auto policy submissions - combining my interest in automobiles with the opportunity to help people through important moments. That experience shaped how I serve today and led me to become an agent here in McPherson, KS, where I’ve been ever since.

Over the years, I’ve built strong relationships throughout the community, and it has been an honor to serve families and businesses across McPherson, Galva, Canton, Inman, Windom, Lindsborg, and surrounding areas. My office focuses on helping with Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, and financial services so individuals and families can be prepared for both everyday needs and life’s unexpected events. Many of my team members have been with me for decades, including over 30 years of continuous service, and we all believe in offering professional, friendly, and transparent support with genuine care.

Family and community are at the heart of everything I do. My wife Donna and I have been married for 59 years, and we’re grateful for our three children, one of whom is also a State Farm agent in Wichita. Our family stays close and active in our communities, just as I have over the years through local boards, church involvement, and organizations like Kiwanis. While I’ve stepped back from those formal roles, my commitment to serving others has never changed.

I’ve always had a passion for automobiles and enjoy golfing whenever I can, but what has truly kept me in this business for so many years is people. The relationships built here mean everything to me, and I consider it a privilege to be there for customers when they need support the most.
